Infinite Campus Family Portal

Red Clay is going paperless! Interims and Report Cards for students in grades 4-12 will be visible through Infinite Campus.

To access and download Interims and Report Cards in the Infinite Campus app or on the Infinite Campus website:

1. Click the 3 lines (hamburger menu ☰) in the top left corner. 
2. Click Documents from the expanded left hand menu, then view the full Interim or Report Card.

Families can also view In Progress and Posted Grades by clicking Grades from the left hand menu to view grades by course.

Parents and Guardians are able to reset their own passwords for Infinite Campus.

1. Click here to access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
2. Underneath the Log In button, select Forgot Password? or Forgot Username?.

1. Log into Infinite Campus.
2. Click More.
3. Click Transportation.
4. Locate your child's transportation information.
5. Click Show More in the Announcements box to view additional important information.

Bus routes may be adjusted during the first few weeks of school as we work with Red Clay families. If no information appears, continue to check back.  If you have an address change or need to change your method of transportation,  please contact your child's school to have it updated.  For all other questions, please visit our Transportation FAQ Page or contact the Transportation Office at 302-322-0251, M-F, 8am-5pm. 

Reminders: 

• Bus transportation is not provided to students who live within 1 mile of school.
• All students who are considered a ‘Must Be Met’ (i.e. Kindergarten, Pre-K, and other designated ‘Must Be Met Students’) must be received at the BUS DOOR by a parent or authorized guardian unless a Must Be Met Waiver is on file.
• Students will check-in and out of the bus by swiping their student ID card or typing in their lunch ID on a keypad.
• Parents are encouraged to sign up for the Where’s The Bus App which will provide up-to-the minute location information about your students.

If you do not have the ability to make changes to contact information and emergency contacts through Infinite Campus, please contact the school's main office to make any changes.

Parents and Students with accounts in multiple school districts can link their accounts. Linking accounts:

• Makes it easy to switch between accounts without having to log out and back in.
• Enables push notifications from all linked accounts for mobile app users. 

How-to Link Infinite Campus Accounts

Notifications are available through the Campus Student and Campus Parent mobile apps. You may need to enable notifications on your device as well, in addition to the app settings.

1. Before you log in, mark Stay Logged In to receive notifications.
2. After logging in, click the user menu in the top right and then click Settings and Notification Settings.
3. From there, indicate which types of notifications you'd like to receive and set the threshold for notifications. For example, indicate if you only want to receive Assignment notifications if the score is below 70%.
4. Click Save.

To access and download Transcripts, click Documents from the left hand menu, then view the Transcript.
