Infinite Campus Family Portal

Red Clay Consolidated School District and the State of Delaware use Infinite Campus as our Student Information System (SIS).

Infinite Campus is a district-wide system designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, and important information about students. Families have access to the Infinite Campus Family Portal which is a confidential and secure application that allows parents/guardians to log in and view information about their student.

What You Can Do: Infinite Campus is your one-stop shop for:

Viewing grades, class schedules, and report cards.
Checking attendance and assignments.
Accessing bus routes and other important updates.
Downloading important documents like report cards and transcripts.

Access Anytime, Anywhere: Use it from your desktop or download the mobile app.

How to Log In

Log into the App

The Campus Student and Campus Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of the option to Stay Logged In and receive push notifications.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Search for your District Name and State, entering at least 3 characters of your district's name to search.
Select your district from the list.
Enter your Username and Password, you created during your initial sign up.
If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school.
Click Log In!

Log into the Web Browser

Students and parents have different login pages.

Students can access Infinite Campus through ClassLink or by clicking here.
Parents can access Infinite Campus by clicking here.

Visit infinitecampus.com and click Login at the top right.
Search for your District Name and State. Select your district from the list.
Click Parents & Students.
Click either Campus Parent or Campus Student.
Enter the Username and Password your created during your initial sign up.
Click Log In!

Parents and Guardians are able to reset their own passwords for Infinite Campus.

View Interims and Report Cards

Red Clay is going paperless! Interims and Report Cards for students in grades 4-12 will be visible through Infinite Campus.

To access and download Interims and Report Cards in the Infinite Campus app or on the Infinite Campus website:

Click the 3 lines (hamburger menu ☰) in the top left corner.
Click Documents from the expanded left hand menu, then view the full Interim or Report Card.

Families can also view In Progress and Posted Grades by clicking Grades from the left hand menu to view grades by course.

Locate Transportation Information

Log into Infinite Campus.
Click More.
Click Transportation.
Locate your child's transportation information.
Click Show More in the Announcements box to view additional important information.

Bus routes may be adjusted during the first few weeks of school as we work with Red Clay families. If no information appears, continue to check back. If you have an address change or need to change your method of transportation, please contact your child's school to have it updated. For all other questions, please visit our Transportation FAQ Page or contact the Transportation Office at 302-322-0251, M-F, 8am-5pm.

Reminders:

Bus transportation is not provided to students who live within 1 mile of school.
All students who are considered a ‘Must Be Met’ (i.e. Kindergarten, Pre-K, and other designated ‘Must Be Met Students’) must be received at the BUS DOOR by a parent or authorized guardian unless a Must Be Met Waiver is on file.
Students will check-in and out of the bus by swiping their student ID card or typing in their lunch ID on a keypad.
Parents are encouraged to sign up for the Where’s The Bus App which will provide up-to-the minute location information about your students.

Receive Notifications from the Mobile App

Notifications are available through the Campus Student and Campus Parent mobile apps. You may need to enable notifications on your device as well, in addition to the app settings.

Before you log in, mark Stay Logged In to receive notifications.
After logging in, click the user menu in the top right and then click Settings and Notification Settings.
From there, indicate which types of notifications you'd like to receive and set the threshold for notifications. For example, indicate if you only want to receive Assignment notifications if the score is below 70%.
Click Save.

Keep Your Contact Information Current

Your family's contact information in Infinite Campus is used to communicate urgent notifications such as weather delays, closings or emergencies. It is essential for parents/guardians to maintain current contact information including preferred email and phone numbers. Contact your school office if you need to update or change your contact information.
