Home Access Center

HAC will be down effective June 27, 2024 through August 16, 2024.  On August 19, 2024 HAC will be enabled for guardians and students to view their registration information (name, address, contact information) and transportation information only.  The remaining features in HAC (schedule, classwork, daily activity, etc.) will be activated for all guardians and students on the first day of school, August 26, 2024.  Please see HAC Quick Tips on this site to assist you with logging into HAC and the Family Mobile App.

Home Access Center provides grades, class schedules, bus and attendance information for grades 4 and up.

New Users

New users must first register for Home Access Center using the HAC Access Code you received in your Red Clay Back to School Mailer.
  1. Enter your HAC Access Code here.
  2. Create a password.
  3. Log into Home Access Center with your username and password.
  • Home Access Center Passwords must be 8 letters and are case sensitive. 
  • If you have not established a password and do not know your HAC Access Code, please contact your child's school.

Forgot Your Password?

  • Home Access Center Passwords must be 8 letters and are case sensitive.   

Parents

  1. On the Home Access Center log in page, click the "Forgot My Username or Password" link. 
  2. From the drop down menu, select the district "Red Clay Consolidated School District".
  3. Enter your username or enter your email address that is on file with your child's school.
  4. Click the "Submit" button. 
  5. Check your email for a password reset link. 

If the password reset link does not work, please contact your child's school. 

Students (grades 6-12)

  1. On the Home Access Center log in page, click the "Forgot My Username or Password" link. 
  2. From the drop down menu, select the district "Red Clay Consolidated School District".
  3. Enter your username or enter your school Google Gmail address (s.firstname.lastname@redclay.k12.de.us).
  4. Click the "Submit" button. 
  5. Check your school Google Gmail for a password reset link. 

If the password reset link does not work, ask your teacher to have the main office reset your HAC Password or have your parent or guardian contact the main office. 

 Students (grades 4-5)
