Chromebooks

We are pleased to offer an optional Chromebook Protection Plan to help families avoid unexpected costs from device damage, loss, or theft. While this program is optional, we highly recommend it to ensure your student stays connected and ready to learn.

Who is Eligible?

The plan is available for students in grades 6-12 who take their Chromebooks home. Students in grades K-5 do not need this plan as their devices remain at school, unless a 4th or 5th grade student has specific approval for home use. Please contact your school administrator for more details.

What is Covered?

• Accidental damage (such as cracked screens or liquid spills)
• Theft or total loss of the device
• Pre-existing damage: If a device is damaged before the deadline, it can still be covered if you enroll on time.

Please note: This plan does not cover the cost of replacement chargers.

Important Deadline

The enrollment deadline is November 1, 2026. To ensure your student is protected, please enroll before this date, as late enrollments cannot be accepted until the following school year.

How to Pay

• Online (Recommended): Log in to the Infinite Campus Family Portal to pay securely.

• In-Person: You may also send cash directly to the school with your child or pay in the school's main office.
