Annual Student Information Update for Families in Infinite Campus

We are so excited to welcome you and your students back for another wonderful school year!

At the beginning of each school year, families are required to update their child’s information to ensure that the district has the most up-to-date information.

To help us provide the best possible support and stay in touch with your family, we ask that all households take a few moments to update the information we have on file for your child. Starting on August 17, 2026, you can easily complete this through the Annual Update section of your Infinite Campus Family Portal.

Keeping your details current is one of the best ways to ensure your student’s needs are met. During this review, you can verify that your contact information, mailing address, emergency contacts, and student health records are all up to date. We also want to make sure we are communicating with you in the way you prefer! Please look for the Home Language Survey Questions under the Student section to share your language preference so we can send you messages in your preferred language.

Annual Update Instructions

Fall 2026: Please note that the Annual Update can be submitted only once per family and may only be completed by guardians listed in the primary household.

Step 1: Log into or sign up for Infinite Campus

Click here to log into the Infinite Campus Family Portal or download the app for iOS or Android.
Click Forgot Password? or Forgot Username? if you have an account already, but are not able to log in.
Don’t have an Infinite Campus Family Portal account yet? No problem! Check your email for an activation message sent on Monday, August 17, 2026 from noreply@redclay.k12.de.us.
If you cannot find your activation code, please email Registrar@redclay.k12.de.us to request one.

Step 2: Navigate to the Annual Update

Step 3: Complete the Annual Update

On the next screen, click Start next to the 2026-2027 Annual Update / New Student Registration Student form.
On the following screen, check that your student(s) information is listed correctly and then click the Begin button.
A new browser window will open. Follow the prompts to navigate through the Annual Update Process. Review and edit the information if necessary.
If you need to make a change to your address or guardianship, contact the school’s main office.

Families can also register a brand new student to Red Clay while completing the Annual Update for their current Red Clay students. Under the Student Section of the Annual Update, click the Add New Student button.

Step 4: Confirm and Submit the Annual Update

Please communicate all address changes and guardianship changes to your school.

The school will notify the Transportation Department and will provide you with the new bus schedule once finalized. If the student will be moving from one Red Clay school to another as a result of the address change, please contact the school they are leaving to initiate the transfer process. Once complete, please contact the new school to complete the transfer process.
