• The iQ unit is the part of the panel that is connected to WiFi and allows you to use your board like a big tablet. If your panel does not have these capabilities and needs to be connected to the WiFi, you need to put in a technology help ticket. Learn about the iQ unit on your panel:

  • Was your panel powered down all summer? You might need to force an iQ update: From your iQ home screen, tap on the Settings (gear icon) in the bottom left corner. Scroll down the left menu and tap Software Update. Tap on “Check for Updates Now” and then follow the on-screen prompts to allow downloading and installing of the update.
