We are thrilled to introduce ParentSquare as the new district-wide platform for communication across the Red Clay Consolidated School District. Since ParentSquare has acquired Remind, you will still have access to all the features you previously depended on, along with several exciting new capabilities.

ParentSquare is the approved two-way district communication tool for teachers to communicate with families and students over the age of 13. Other approved tools for communication are Schoology, Infinite Campus messaging, district phone, and district email. Please see Board Policy 4021 Staff Conduct Electronic Communication and Social Media for more information.

ParentSquare Support Resources for Staff:

• Posts - refer to messages that are sent to your whole class or a group of families/students
• Direct Messages - refer to private two-way communication between teachers and parent/student above the age of 13
• Posts vs. DMs - when to use which feature
• Photos, Videos, Files and Links

• Switch between your Teacher and your Parent account - no need to merge accounts anymore!
