Quick Tips:

  • Open the Flex11 software in order to use your HoverCam Document Camera. If you do not have the software on your computer, put in a ticket with the request in Incident iQ. In order to use the HoverCam, you must have the Flex11 software installed on the device connected to the document camera.
  • Press the AF button at the base of the camera to Auto Focus to camera image.
  • Rotate the camera sensor using the wheel at the top of the camera to turn the image or press the flip camera button on the base of the camera to flip the image.
  • Turn on the lights using the switch at the top of the neck of the camera.
  • Click View Option then Reveal in Flex11 in order to put a shade on the screen to hide what is being shown on the HoverCam. Drag the shade to reveal the document little by little. Click View Option then Reveal again to fully remove the shade.
