HOW TO ACCESS PDMS

Please review these steps carefully.  'Permission Denied' is part of the process. 

1. Log into ClassLink:  https://launchpad.classlink.com/redclay

2. Select "Sign in with Google". Your Google credentials are first.last@redclay.k12.de.us

3. Select the PDMS Icon.

4. Click the "Forgot Password" Button and enter your username. Your user name is first.last

5. Check your Red Clay Email for an email from 'noreply'. Click the link and reset your password.  NOTE: When you change your password, you will receive a TENANT_ID" error. 

 

6. Close your browser.

7. Go back into ClassLink and select the PDMS icon and use your new password.
