New Teacher Information

We are committed to aiding all employees entering the Red Clay Consolidated School District. 

This office ensures new hires are prepared for the first days of school by offering an Employee Orientation 4-days before the official start of the school year. Additionally, the office supports through ongoing professional development, mentoring opportunities, and supports acquiring a continuing license.

The office works closely with the Department of Education, local universities/colleges, district and building leadership as well as teacher leaders in each building. 

Our goal is to offer a framework for professional success and ease the burden of novice educators by offering continuous guidance and support.
