Welcome to the Instructional Technology Help Page for New Teachers in Red Clay!
This page is intended to support new Red Clay teachers in understanding the basics of the systems and programs we use in our district. The first time you visit this page, please go through the sections in order. Even though you may not be able to log into the applications at this time, you can still review the information for when you get your credentials. After that, feel free to return to this page throughout the school year in order to review the information as needed.

The building tech assigned to your school and the Red Clay help desk support teachers with setting up and fixing computers/laptops, printers, Smartboards, accounts, etc. and when troubleshooting technology that is not working correctly.
