Summer Break Mental Health Resources 

As we enter into the summer break, sometimes life is not always relaxing for everyone. If you or your family are experiencing a difficult time over the long break, please consider the resources listed below for help. 

If your child is at risk of hurting themselves or someone else:

  • Call 1-800-969-HELP (4357) and a mobile response team will come to you 24/7

  • Text DE to 741741 to have an anonymous text conversation 24/7

  • Call or text 988

 

If your child is injured, call 911.

If your child is not in crisis but they or you need to talk/text with someone immediately (these texts and calls are anonymous):

  • Text DE to 741741

  • Call 1-800-273-6255

 

If your child is 14 or older, they may call or visit Sean’s House 24/7 in Newark, Delaware.
