MTSS Program (Formerly PBIS)

MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Support) – formerly known as PBIS

We will be focusing our efforts this year on the Multi-Tiered System of Support (formerly known as PBIS) in order to promote school improvement. MTSS is a method of intervention that helps students by supporting them using research-based academic and behavioral practices, as well as social and emotional learning. It helps to ensure that students know and understand the school expectations and core values. Students will continue to earn First State “cash” known as FS Cash to be used to participate in various events/activities throughout the school year.
