Mrs. Schlegel's third-period class and Student Government collaborated to create care bags for the homeless individuals who frequent the Emmanual Dining Hall West in Wilmington, DE.

The students were genuinely enthusiastic about assembling the care bags and engaged in meaningful discussions about the root causes of homelessness in our communities. We also took the opportunity to enhance our Serv Safe skills during this project. 

On Saturday, the student donations were delivered to the Emmanuel Dining Hall West, and the staff expressed their gratitude for our ongoing contributions.
