After four years as the education director of a nonprofit organization, Samina realized that her true calling was in public education. In her role as a first-grade teacher at Evan G. Shortlidge Academy, she enjoys going above and beyond to serve young students and their families. Samina is active on the building leadership team and often organizes workshops and other activities for teachers and parents.
