Our music teacher, Mr. Harcum started a bucket group with 5th grade students this school year. Bucket drumming, also called street drumming, is a style of music which involves drumming on plastic buckets and other objects to create melodies. The most common object used by bucket drummers are five-gallon plastic buckets, which is what our students used. However, other objects can also be used, including glass bottles, pots, and pans.
