Important Information from the Nurse

Self-Screening Tool

It is really important for each of our students to conduct the self-screening tool each day before coming to school. The self-screening tool can also be found on the Red Clay website:

Do not send your child to school if she or he is sick.

It is important to know if your child comes to the nurse with any of the symptoms listed on the screening tool, they will be sent home and may not return without a doctor’s note.

If you are called to pick up your sick child, you will need to come as soon as possible within the hour.

If a child tests positive for Covid-19 please notify the school nurse and we will work with the Department of Public Health to determine when your child can safely return and if any further steps need to be taken.
