Chromebook distribution will take place the first week of school.

The Tech agreement and Protection Plan form must be completed along with a $20 insurance payment prior to students receiving their Chromebook. These forms can be found on the Conrad Schools of Science website under Parent Resources or use the links below.

There are 2 options, the electronic form or the paper form. It is highly recommended that the electronic form and payment (PayPams) be used to streamline the distribution process and reduce contact time.

Electronic form: Use the online form to submit electronic signatures, there is no need to print this form. Payments (cash or check) will be accepted on the Chromebook distribution days. Payments can also be made online through PayPam
