March is Athletic Training Month! Today is Kick Butts Day! Did you know that 1 juul pod contains as much nicotine as 20 cigarettes? Nicotine can not only affect your mental health but also your decision making ability. Juuls also contain benzoic acid which is known to cause coughs, sore throat, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting if exposure is constant, which is the case when using a juul. Youth e-cigarette use is an “epidemic” that is addicting a new generation of kids. Join Conrad HOSA in making the healthy choice to “Kick Butts” today so we can be the first tobacco-free generation.

Don't forget to order your yearbook! They are only on sale for another month.  Extra copies will not be purchased, so don't miss out on preserving all of your Conrad 2018-2019 memories.  The cost is $80 - go to Jostens.com or get an order form from Mrs Marsh's door (room 100) to order yours today!

Attention all MS Students!! Conrad Athletics is hosting a school dance on Friday April 5th from 7- 9pm.  Each student is allowed to bring one friend from other middle schools,  but they must complete the permission slip.   Tickets cost $10 and will go on sale on Monday in the cafeteria.  See you there!

Something new has been added in our library. Is your phone running a little low? Our library now has a Courtesy Charging Station - suitable for both Apple and Android products. (and speaking of chargers - bring back those loaners!)
