Our Driver Education course provides the classroom instruction and on-the-road instruction required to qualify for a State of Delaware driver's license.
Per state law, students between the ages of 15 years, 10 months old and less than 18 years old must have written consent of a parent/guardian, must show evidence of five high school credits earned (with at least two credits in core subjects), and must be academically eligible.
Classes will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4 PM to 7 PM, via Zoom. There are 10 sessions (30 classroom hours total). On-the-road instruction is generally offered on the weekends.
Students must attend all classes to receive credit for the course. There are no excused absences.
The course runs from September 8-29, 2021.
The state exam is scheduled for September 29, 2021, and the location and time are to be determined.
To enroll, submit a Driver Education Consent Form.
