Additionally, Affinity Groups play a meaningful role in our recruitment and retention strategies by nurturing a workplace where diverse educators and staff can grow and lead.​

While Affinity Groups focus on staff experience, student voice remains a vital part of Red Clay’s ongoing efforts to create inclusive and responsive school environments. Student-centered initiatives empower young people to share their perspectives, speak to their lived experiences, and help shape positive change. These efforts elevate student voice and position them as leaders in their learning communities.
