Red Clay Facility Rentals
Red Clay is proud to offer the use of its facilities to individuals, community organizations, and groups seeking space for events, meetings, and activities. Whether you're hosting a community event, recreational program, or educational gathering, we welcome your interest in utilizing our schools and buildings.
To ensure the safety, proper maintenance, and efficient scheduling of our spaces, all facility users must follow the Facility Rental Guidelines, Pricing Structure, and Facility Use Form. These procedures were formally approved by the Red Clay Board of Education in March 2018 and are designed to support equitable access and responsible usage of district property.
We strongly encourage all prospective renters to thoroughly review the guidelines before submitting a request to ensure a smooth reservation process.

Facilities Committee
The Red Clay Facilities Committee plays a vital role in supporting the Board of Education by providing guidance, oversight, and community perspective on matters related to district facilities.
