Flyer Distribution
The Red Clay Consolidated School District receives many requests from outside agencies to distribute flyers, brochures, and other materials to Red Clay families. While we are happy to help connect our families with programs and nonprofits who provide educational opportunities for students, we are careful not to send sales advertisements.
LAUNCHING MARCH 16, 2026 – All materials must be submitted through Peachjar, the digital communication platform our district uses to distribute flyers. We are excited to officially roll out our partnership with Peachjar as we continue to connect our schools, families, and community in our shared mission to elevate student outcomes. Peachjar streamlines school-to-home communication by delivering important school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. By moving to this paperless system, Red Clay will also save thousands of trees each year while ensuring information is distributed more efficiently and consistently.
The flyer must be approved by the District’s Communications Office before being distributed to our schools. The Peachjar system is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers.
In order to be approved for distribution and/or posting, the activity promoted by the communication must provide a valuable service or benefit to the students or school community, such as before- or after-school care, educational opportunities, and/or the promotion of health and fitness, cultural arts, and academics consistent with the mission and curriculum of the Red Clay Consolidated School District.
Organizations that operate strictly for profit will not be permitted to distribute materials to students or staff. Should such an activity be considered a valuable service or benefit to the students or school community, permission may be granted by a school principal to post the communication in the school.
