Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

The Chief Communications Officer serves as the district's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officer, serves as the district spokesperson and monitors and organizes several committees.

Requests for public records may be submitted in accordance with Red Clay Consolidated School District Board of Education Policy 1004 Access to Public Records and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests.

When requesting public records, please be specific in your description of the types of records, dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc. you seek. The Red Clay Consolidated School District will make every reasonable effort to assist you.

Privacy Policy

From time to time, the Red Clay Consolidated School District ("district") and its schools may ask for personal information on its website. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties. This information may be requested so as to fulfill a request for information or collect aggregate data such as parent/guardian or student opinions. If personal information is going to be shared on the website, the way in which it will be used will be described at the time the information is requested.

These uses may include, but are not limited to, recognizing visitor contributions, notification of contest winners, and posting of visitor comments on forums. When this involves student information, the district guidelines regarding the posting of personal information will be followed.
