District Paraeducator Employee of the Year

District Paraeducator Employee of the Year
We are proud to announce that Norine Seth, a dedicated paraeducator at Dr. Joseph E. Johnson Jr. School, has been named Red Clay’s 2025–26 Educational Support Professional of the Year. Norine brings care, consistency, and a deep commitment to helping students succeed every single day. Her calm presence, supportive approach, and ability to connect with students  make a lasting difference in the classroom and beyond. Whether she’s assisting with instruction or offering encouragement, Norine is a trusted partner in learning. She will now go on to represent Red Clay in the competition for Delaware’s State ESPOY, and we are thrilled to cheer her on. Join us in celebrating Norine Seth — a shining example of what makes Red Clay Remarkable!
