We are proud to recognize Jaclyn Durant, school social worker at Richey Elementary, as the 2025 Delaware Behavioral Health Professional of the Year! Her trauma-informed, relationship-centered approach supports students emotionally, socially, and academically—making her an essential part of the school community. From daily bilingual check-ins to classroom regulation stations, Ms. Durant’s work reflects her belief in supporting the whole child with care and dignity.
