It is an honor and a privilege to serve as Superintendent of the Red Clay Consolidated School District—and to do so as a proud Red Clay parent and community member.

This is an exciting time in Red Clay. As Delaware’s largest public school system, we welcome more than 15,000 students through our doors each day, along with dedicated educators and staff who bring fresh ideas and a strong commitment to student success.

We have expanded our reach through programs like the Red Clay Early Years initiative, serving pre-K students across seven sites, including our brand-new Early Learning Center.

Red Clay continues to lead with innovation. From new high school career pathways to work-study industry-recognized certifications, we are preparing students for success in college, careers and life.

Most importantly, we are a community that embraces our rich diversity. We are proud to empower equity champions across our district—staff, students, and families—who work each day to break down barriers and build a more inclusive future for all.
