2024-2025 Board of Education
Red Clay is governed by a dedicated seven-member school board, each elected to represent a specific nominating area within the district. These individuals bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and a shared commitment to advancing public education and student success. Board members serve four-year terms and volunteer their time, demonstrating a deep sense of civic duty and a passion for supporting our schools, staff, students, and families. Together, they help shape district policy, oversee operations, and ensure that Red Clay remains focused on equity, excellence, and opportunity for all. Their leadership plays a vital role in guiding the vision and direction of Delaware’s largest public school district.
