Karen has worked in the Red Clay Consolidated School District for 19 years. Over those years, she worked in several positions including: instructional technology cadre, fifth, third, and fourth grade teacher, technology teacher, special education teacher, and librarian. Most recently, Karen has resumed her role in the instructional technology arena under the Teaching and Learning department. The 2016 school year brought the inception of a 1:1 Chromebook initiative to Red Clay. Karen has enjoyed helping to facilitate the 1:1 program. 

Courtney is starting her 15th year in the Red Clay Consolidated School District. She has taught RTI, second grade, and fourth grade along with special education and EL students. Courtney begins her eighth school year as an Instructional Technology Coach with the district. She is happy to help with all of your instructional technology needs, including SMART Notebook and SMART products.
