Chromebook Repair and Issues
There are two technical support options for Chromebooks:
1) School Support Tech
- Each school will have office hours available, when Chromebooks can be dropped off for repairs. AIMS office hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please come to the main office.
- A loaner will be provided while the Chromebook is being fixed if dropped off to the school. When dropping off the Chromebook, please fill out the Chromebook repair form explaining the issue.
- The school will contact you when the Chromebook has been repaired.

2) Tech Fix-IT Bus
- The technicians on the bus can only help with hardware issues. Same day Chromebook repairs available at our Chromebook “Fix-IT Bus.” Technicians will be onsite to repair your Chromebook, typically 15-30 minutes. If the issue cannot be fixed immediately, a loaner will be provided. These locations are available to any Red Clay student.
