A Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Jessica oversees all school meal services for Red Clay—approximately 2,000,000 lunches and 960,000 breakfasts per year. Jessica joined Red Clay as a Dietitian in 2008 and became Manager of Nutrition Services five years later.

Under Jessica's leadership, the district has implemented Grab-n-Go breakfast programs in all schools and even started offering afterschool dinner programs.
Herself a product of Red Clay schools, Jessica values her position in the Nutrition Department as it gives her an opportunity to contribute to the educational experience by working to improve the health and eating patterns of the Red Clay student body, one meal at a time. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware.
