If your child is planning to participate in any interscholastic sports for the school year, they must have a completed, official DIAA sports physical on file in the nurse’s office the first day of try-outs.  No student may try-out, practice or be accepted onto a team without an up-to-date physical on file prior to the first day of practice.  As mandated by the State of Delaware, the physical evaluation must be completed after April 1 of the current school year playing sports and runs through June 30 of the following year. This is a Delaware State law I must adhere to. Physical forms can be picked up at the front office or the nurse’s office.

Relatively inexpensive physicals ($20) are given @ Med Express Clinic located on 3926 Kirkwood Hwy (in front of Best Buy) 998-2417 or ($35) at the Take-care Clinic in the Happy Harry’s on Faulkland and Rte 141- 1-866-825-3227
